Here are few cardio exercises, which you can easily perform in your bedroom

Many people do not do exercise because they do not have enough time to go to the gym daily and because of this reason they skip exercises, even though we all know that how important it is to do a cardio exercise on a daily basis. So, if you have the same problem and you are not doing cardio exercises, then here are few of the best cardio exercises, which you can easily perform in your bedroom, as they do not require for much space.

  1. Heel Kicks:

Stand in a straight position, both of your elbows should be bend to 90 degree and then stand on your one foot while you kick the other one, while you are kicking the foot, you also need to bring your arm forward. Continue doing this with alternative arms and legs, if you have the stamina then you should do it for 20 minutes at least. It is a great cardio exercise if you want to work on your thighs or lower body.

  1. Sumo Squat Jumps:

Stand straight and make sure that your feet are wider than your shoulders and you toes should be facing outwards, almost 45 degrees outwards. Once you are in the right position, you need to touch the floor and as you go down, bend your knees and make sure that you lower down your torso as well. Once you have touched the floor and have bend your knees, jump straight up and keep on repeating this as much as you can. If you want your lower body to be in shape then this is the best cardio exercise.

  1. Plank to Frog Jump:

For this exercise you need to get in to a push-up position, the only difference is that you need to keep your feet wide, almost at shoulder width, once this is done, your body will form a line and then you need to take your legs and jump and move it forward, in your hands frame and then jump back to the starting position, this is just one rep, and if you are a beginner then you should do at least 20 reps.
